WBB Game 25, Con Game 14: ODU 13-11 (8-5) @ Charlotte 17-7 (9-4)
Today the ODU LM take on the Charlotte 49ers inside Halton Arena. This will be the 49ers Pink game and will be broadcasted on the American Sports Network. This is an extremely important game. Let's look at the standing through Saturday's game.
WKU 12-2
Middle Tennessee 12-3
Charlotte 9-4
Southern Miss 10-5
La Tech 10-5
ODU 8-5
North Texas 8-6
A win by ODU would tie with the same record as Charlotte and still makes us a longshot for a top four finishing. A loss would tie us with North Texas and basically make it impossible for us to finish top four.
Last time we played the 49ers, they had the highest RPI in the league. Now their ranking has fallen. RPI: 102 SOS Rank: 168 Overall Record: 17-7 (9-4)
Schedule since ODU's lost 86-75 at the Ted.

The 49ers will start the same line-up we faced last time. Four Guards and a Forward. (they have used that line-up for the past 19 games...can't imagine them changing it now)

This is the same team that we faced off in Norfolk. They are well balanced, with four starters that will play nearly the entire game. They have four starters that average double digits scoring per game and three starters that average 6 boards per game. Lead by Gregory, all there guards can shot from the outside. If you look at just conference only stats, this is the league's highest scoring team. They lead the league in assists per game, blocked shots, and currently they are third in the conference in steals per game.
