Drives me nuts when I go to putt and someone else picks my ball up. Pick your's up if you want to but leave mine alone. I'm not in yet.

Don't get me wrong...Most of us bend the rules...ie..improving lies and giving putts. There is nothing wrong with that if everyone agrees to that at the first tee. Our toss ups allow for these things. Most of us just want to enjoy the game. The cheating that pisses me off is the disregarding stroke and distance rules and guys that NEVER lose a ball in the rough. Somehow no matter how deep in the woods they hit the ball?..it magically appears in play.

The liberal/progressive side.

The fact you're feigning ignorance tells me you knew exactly what I meant. I'd be lying if I said I was shocked by that.

(02-10-2017 04:48 PM)Fort Bend Owl Wrote:  It took Obama four months to play his first golf game as president. Trump got in two games last week just two weeks into the job.

I can't wait to see the far right criticize our president for playing golf while on the job since that's a heavy criticism of theirs.

You do realize the jabs at Obama came because the dems went after Bush for golfing right?

http://talkingpointsmemo.com/livewire/da...or-golfing

“We used to pillory George Bush for going to his ranch and we were wrong," Axelrod said of Obama's predecessor. "The demands and pressures of the presidency are relentless, and we ought to want our presidents to get small breaks to relax, even in-and maybe especially in — the midst of crisis."

In the video from 1994, Axelrod called the 41st president "out of touch" for playing golf while simultaneously touting improvements to the economy.

“Bush tastelessly did it, often from the ninth hole, and from the cigar boat and other places,” Axelrod said in the video.
