Actually, No one forced the BSA to do anything. They went to the Supreme Court and WON in Dale v Boy Scouts. They have an unqualified right to exclude Gay kids and athiests if they so choose. Due to pressure (legal and appropriate) largely coming from persons WITHIN the BSA community, they elected to change the rules.

No, it was pressure from outside the community. It was people like you lobbying organizations to quit funding them.

This is the breakdown of American society. Does anyone here doubt that these girls weren't pushed into doing this protest? If I was a parent I would berate the leaders and pull my little girl from that group. No one would ever propagandize my child to their beliefs. That's why I'm here to teach right from wrong.

I don't need to. I know from experience how these people think. My brother was one of those. He was still fighting the Mex.-Amer. War. That's the real issue here. They are abandoning what they were founded for. Its not that they add 3 or 4 mentally ill girls who think they are boys.
