Northern Star promotes Carol Owens
Today's Northern Star article says that Carol Owens is the Head Coach of Notre Dame's Women's team. I bet Muffet Mcgraw was surprised to read of her demotion. Overall, though, in spite of the amateur mistake and lack of proofreading, it is a pretty good article about NIU basketball Alumni day

Carol Owens, did she actually "quit" or was she fired but they let her say she was stepping down? She lucked out with having Stephanie Raymond and after that the program regressed.
