Ragin is a beast... could even better play ILB or DE as he physically matures. He sheds blocks almost always in right direction and with ease. Great pursuit speed.

He ran a digital timed 4.4/40, a hand held 4.31. After watching him on film, it tells me he's not slow.

So who are we looking to add to the roster on Wednesday with the 2nd NLI day? I've seen a number of names that are showing interest with verbal commits. Who do we realistically expect to get a signed letter from?

Just wonder if the revelations at MSU over the past week or so will change any minds? They would have to be concerned about the status of Dantonio after some of the reported cover ups involving football players and sex crimes that essentially went unpunished. I don't think Dantonio helped himself with his defiant attitude in the press conference in which he spoke. Seemed to me like he was trying to intimidate reporters from asking tough questions about where he was at while this was going on. His statement of learning about it for the first time from authorities came off as not being very truthful. Perception alone cost him a lot of credibility - warranted or not.

With 18 signed and 8 hard commits, seems at least someone will be not in Weds' Signing Class for some reason or another.

After reading the link you provided, it seems to indicate he will be going to JUCO because he did not qualify academically, but is still a big supporter of IU and wants to be there. Since he is from Columbus - curious as to why he is such a big IU fan. Has to be some connection for him. Head coach from Ohio? Position coach? Not often you see Indiana being top of the list for Ohio football players. It usually only gets considered when it is the only P5 school recruiting them. Must love to get drubbed year in and year out and get convinced they will be able to turn it around at IU. They have to remember that for every one of the talents like this guy, UM and OSU are getting about 5 like him - and about 2 that are ranked higher than him.

I just don't get it. Toledo can offer a lot more for him as an individual talent and student - and is likely a better route to the pros if that is what he wants. Maybe he hates playing on Wednesday and Thursday nights in November in front of empty stands...and hates that more than playing for championships.

Or maybe is a comfort thing. To us, UT may appear to be the better fit. But we’re not the ones who’s life is going to be affected by this decision.

Columbus. The St Francis De Sales threw them off. He's a first timer so he would count towards the 25.

I believe Mullins is enrolled at UT and has been since the Fall.

Ola left, and Aaron Covington and Anthony Davis have both disappeared without a trace from the roster since the 2016 season. On the other hand, Thompson and Skipper are coming back unexpectedly. Don't know if there are any other surprise changes.

Slightly strange article on 247sports where they say they have bumped up 25 formerly 3-star players up to 4-star, including Rocket signees Cooper and Dumont.
