I was reading on the former site that he should retire. I really don't forsee that happening, he will likely resign with the Pats or move to the Browns where he can play for Crennel who knows what he is capable of. I don't think money was an option for him, he has been too loyal in the past to care about that. I think he accepted the cut to help the team and he will resign after the Pats secure the free agents they are after. just my opinion though.

The word is that the Browns are very interested in Troy. I would like to see him play another season, but only at one position... he'll wear down quicker playing multiple roles.

I agree that he'll re-sign with the Pats. He did it to help them with their cap room.
