Unfortunately, the "government administrative costs" eat about 80% of the total, maybe that's why those wanting reparations aren't "feeling it".

If you want to stop the racism , stop bringing it into every damn conversation! The most racist people in America are the ones that won't stop talking about it. This guy is one of them. From his Georgetown University office, and probably his Alexandria or Arlington condo, he's obviously been oppressed and not been allowed to advance in his career. He's obviously struggled.
