Just thinking out loud.

Yeah, just what I thought. Stupid idea. At least Tommy isn't the only one with stupid posts, ey?

Russia is pure malevolence. Only way to deal with them is quid pro quo with them moving first.

DJT is going to sell us down the river for the Rodina.

Russia is not nazis Germany or pure malevolence. They're rational, pragmatic, and amoral in pursuit of their national interests on the world stage. At home they have a civil liberties problem. Everything Putin does on the international stage makes sense.

The West overthrew the elected government in Ukraine so Russia responds by engaging In asymmetrical war and seizes Crimea and east Ukraine. The West tries to overthrow Assad in syria, so he brings In military force to support an ally. He's a rational actor who's very Intelligent and calculating.

Putin's Russia today is not equal to Germany in 1942....but rather to Hitler's Germany in late 1938. He's invading his neighbors. He's assualting minorities. He is crushing all freedoms. He is committing war crimes and crimes against humanity. In 1938 there were synagouges open in Berlin. Godwin's Law doesn't apply if someone is really acting like a Nazi. And where can you show me one substantiative difference between Russia under Putin today and Nazi Germany under Hitler in 1938? That he goes after Gays/Tatars instead of Jews (but they hate Jews too btw).

He is a malevolent thug who wants to destroy the US's strategic position in the world so he can advance his vile agenda. He's a war criminal. He's a corrupt jerk.

Ukraine is an independent nation, filled with patriotic people who loathe Putin. Putin attempted to force the government to subrogate its entire economy to him. The people rose up and took out Putin's lackey (who was elected in a fraudulent election in Ukraine btw). The overthrow of Putin's "Ukrainian" puppet was validated by a subsequent election.

Do you support Putin's annexation of Crimea and his Nazi style persecution of minorities there (such as Ukrainians and Tatars) once in power?

No one, not even Putin, can keep the peace in Syria so long as Assad is in power. And guess what...Putin has either an alliance or a tacit agreement with ISIS.

So, when Putin invades the Baltics and starts taking their property and arresting them....or when he invades Ukraine further using his risible proxies....will you support war or strong actions.....or just whitewash Putin's payments to DJT and XOM.

Actually that's a pretty good comparison. I recently read "The Rise and Fall of the 3rd Reich" and there are some striking similarities. Europe and a reluctant US just stood by and watched while Hitler knocked off one country after another. Exactly what the world has done while Putin is flexing his muscles.

Do you have anything to contribute to the discussion, other than personal insults, passive agressive behavior, and the use of known pejoratives for trolling purposes?

Do you? You give half assed theories and opinions. When shown that you're wrong you move the goal posts.
