Well, I can't expect too much growth in one day, so of course you'll respond as a juvenile.

Lol. You are the one slinging mud. I am stating facts.

You're stating facts without context or any understanding of how professional golf works. Even when faced with those facts, you continue to stand by your opinion. That's juvenile behavior, Danny.

And,you're complaining about someone else slinging mud. Listen, you've been the forum jerk for years now - just admit that you don't know what you are talking about on this topic.

03-lmfao

Ben lost his card because he didn't play enough events to keep it. Now he can barely make a cut because he doesn't play. If he wanted it bad enough, he could go the route Hughes took to get his status. Hence wasted talent. I stand by my opinion because it's MINE and it's an OPINION.

And maybe if you had the first foggiest clue, you might realize my controversial, unpopular opinions, facilitate action on our otherwise mostly boring message board. You sir, are an F'in clown.

Golly, towel boy knows how to best approach the PGA tour. Maybe Ben felt that keeping himself fresh was more important to keeping his card than grinding it out every week. IIRC, Jon Mills missed the cut six straight weeks trying to keep his PGA card and commented at the end he was exhausted. I guess I'm going to trust the PGA player over a towel boy on what is best to do.

If anything, I would say diminishing skills would be the more likely culprit. Maybe you haven't noticed, but Antonio Gates isn't the All-Pro tight end anymore. Athletes get older, skills get worse. It would definitely make sense that Curtis can't play at as high of a level depending on how he ages. Of course, as a towel boy, your skills haven't diminished at all. Any ******* can pick up a towel.

As far as my foggiest clue goes, let me just say that you have singlehandedly done more to kill this board than anything else. You're a jerk, plain and simple. It doesn't make the board more fun for the vast majority of the people here - in fact, many people have left because your idiotic behavior dominates this board. I personally wish you would go away like you did after your temper tantrum at GFlash68. Without your boorish behavior, the board became a nice place to read different points of view while you were gone. And, since it's your boorish behavior that makes the board an exciting place in your mind, you must be loving my behavior right now, because it is certainly generating the action on our otherwise mostly boring message board.

So, in actual golf news,

At the PGA Valero Open, Mackenzie Hughes shot 2 over and is 2 shots below the cut line. Ben Curtis withdrew from the tournament. I couldn't find a reason why.

On the web.com tour, Ryan Yip shot a 4 under and is tied for first, while Corey Conners shot a one over and is tied for 42nd. Yip is coming off a top 10 finish in the last web.com event and Conners is currently 14th in the order of merit so far this season.

You can cite towels, jockstraps, or whatever you want. It doesn't bother me a bit. So the board went from 25 to 20 posters because of me? I guess if losing those 5 members were because of me, yes, I have killed the board. I don't know s***, but I told everyone on here months ago (January 6th, to be exact) JN was getting an extension. Nobody believed it. Strange, but it ended up being true. I have posters on here that I have given free tickets to, sent KSU memorabilia to for free, and whom PM me all the time for answers to questions they know I won't post. If I have inside information because I was sniffing jocks 25 years ago, well lets just say it was worth it as I am hanging out on the sidelines in Tuscaloosa or Baton Rouge. I just spent $400 shipping merchandise to KSU for the auction that will likely generate quite a bit of money in addition to my donations - so my generosity is well documented (with KSU people I don't know at all and financially to the university).

If you don't like me, I don't care. That is your problem. I am here to stay. Mainly to share my knowledge with other KSU fans that aren't jealous of the contacts I have and the knowledge I can share. Also, in small part to drive you up a f****** tree.

Since I am not a Kent alumni I know no one on this board. There was a time I wanted to meet some of you. Now I'm pretty sure I should keep it the way it is. I'll stick to gymnastics, wrestling and women's basketball. They seem to be safe. Even golf is a dangerous place these days.

Nothing quite says how special you are when you have to tell everyone yourself. I'm glad your a hero in your own mind.

And, no, I'm not jealous of you. I think you're a j@ackass and that has nothing to do with your knowledge, it has to do with your shi++y behavior. Others on this board have had good contacts in the past and managed not to be massive jerks to everyone here. You really just can't help yourself. Your massive inferiority complex gets in the way of forming real relationships and acting like a decent human being.

So go back to sniffing jocks, towel boy and maybe now that you got the vasectomy, your wife might let you take out your frustration elsewhere.

Most people with massive inferiority complexes make themselves heroes in their own minds to counter their complexes.

Seriously, you are stupid.

Especially if you have an opinion that isn't a popular one.

Or you are an a@@hole.

I threw out an opinion you didn't like and you decided to launch a personal attack. Even going below the belt to include my wife. Pot, meet Kettle.

When you make a comment like "It is beyond you" directed at me, then excuse me for having enough of your sh!t over the years that I am going to slam back against the forum jerk. It's all by your rules. You want to be a jerk, you're just being opinionated and livening up the forum. You don't like what someone else says, you're allowed to slam them. You have no respect for limits on anyone else, so I have no respect for limits on you. And only you get this treatment. Because you are that big of a jerk.

But you are right, I am sorry for including your wife. I'm sure getting you to have a vasectomy has nothing to do with her excuse of not wanting to have sex with you, but rather a strong hidden instinct deep inside your own inferior head that you really shouldn't reproduce and subject the human race to more of your gene pool. I mean, the world already has enough towel boys. An I can only hope that your kids take after your wife and she is a better person than you, which, seems incredibly likely given what a jerk you are.

Yes, my reasons for not liking Ben or thinking he hasn't fulfilled all of his talent are beyond you. And even after explaining my position on why I feel he hasn't lived up to his potential, it is still beyond you. You can't even say, "ok, I disagree with you, but I could see how someone could think that". You just turned it into a slam session. And since you seem incredibly interested, our sex life is just fine. She would have more kids today if we could. 03-shhhh

Your explanation of why he hasn't lived up to his potential is a towel boy giving his armchair quarterback point of view on how to be successful on the PGA Tour when referring to a golfer that has been successful on the PGA Tour, so, no, I don't accept your explanation as valid. In fact, it's just plain stupid.

Now, as far as me slamming you, well, guess what, when people communicate there are certain limits that are agreed upon by both parties. You regularly have violated my limits and the limits others on this board would accept, but that's ok, because they are YOUR LIMITS. Since you reject the idea of shared limits and don't care if you violate other's limits, I could care less about violating yours. Maybe if you weren't such a self-centered a@@hole, you could see that, but I doubt you will.

And, again, thank you for not reproducing more from the human race.

On a lighter note Tiger Woods just had his fourth successful back surgery. Just think what he'd be like if they all had been unsuccessful.

Polish, all you do is support 1 program. Never have a known you to be a true GF fan. Go back into hibernation.
I support all Kent State programs, if they had a frisbee team I'd support it 100%. That I defend a program very few others do, and a program I left my blood sweat and tears on the field for, doesn't mean I don't support them all. And just like others that could contribute positive discussion to this forum but have decided to avoid this place, I will go back into hibernation far away from your arrogant nonsense.

Mackenzie Hughes missed the cut at the Valero Open by 4 strokes. Also, Ben Curtis withdrew from the tournament because of a shoulder injury.

On the web.com tour, Ryan Yip was in first until he went 4 over on the back nine today and fell to a tie for 7th. Conners only finished 6 holes before darkness set in, but sits at even par and tied for 21st. About half the players didn't complete the round, but the course continues to play very tough.
