Tab Hunter, actor and sometimes singer, and a pretty big star in the 1950's and 1960's is dead at age 86. He was also pretty well known for being one of Hollywood's first, major in-the-closet leading men (Rock Hudson was another) but he did come out publicly in his 2005 autobiography.
The Hollywood system tried to cover up his homosexuality and paired him with well-publicized romances with some of his co-stars like Debbie Reynolds and Natalie Wood (reading through his wikipedia bio, executives behind the scenes in Hollywood paired the couple 'Natalie Wood and Tab Wouldn't').
Actor Roger Perry dead. Was a guest star on an episode of the Classic Star Trek when the Enterprise went back in time to a 1968 earth. Roger played the Air Force pilot that was sent up to investigate the unidentafied flying object.

BTW, you can keep track of today's deaths in real time at this site (well I think it's a bot figuring out the expected numbers but who knows, maybe they have a bunch of Davids monitoring a ton of worldwide mortuary sites).
BTW#2 I saw Bill Cullen host a game show in person when I was like 10 or 11 in New York City. I couldn't begin to tell you the name of the show although in looking up his bio, it had to be either Three On A Match or Blankety Blanks. Most boring day ever except it was cool to see Cullen limp around on stage (he had polio early in his life and limped his whole life which they tried to hide on TV).
I can understand posting a person who has achieved notoriety in some way, but what seems incongruant is to include in the lists the mother/father/brother/sister/cousin, etc... who was NOT famous when they die.

Freda Black, one of the prosecutors in the Michael Peterson murder trial (detailed recently on the Netflix series 'The Staircase') died in her home yesterday. She wasn't the main prosecutor but I think she was the only female one involved in the first trial? She was just in her 50's. Kind of odd but then again, the whole Peterson murder trial was an odd case.
The death of Brickhouse Brown was erroneously reported dead last week was not correct. He just died from cancer on the 29th. He was in Hospice care because of the cancer. This is just the fourth wrestler that is connected to WWE that died in this month alone.

He wrestled in the territories-- Texas/World Class, Memphis/USWA, Oklahoma/Mid-South, and later in some of the low-budget independent promotions. I remember him well, dude was pretty jacked to the gills back in the 80s. If he was 6'2 instead of 5'7 he probably would have easily gotten the call up to the WWE.

In 1995, Brown competed as an enhancement wrestler that did two tv tapings with matches against Triple H, or known as Hunter Hearst Helmsley, and the other against Henry O. Godwinn. His time at WWE was short. WWE did mentioned his death along with Volkoff and Brian Christopher Lawler. Vince McMahan did buy out the WCCW that was the Texas one. They were trying to used the old WCCW talent into their roaster back then. Only Kerry Von Erich and the Red Rooster along with the Dingo Warrior who was renamed as The Ultimate Warrior ever lasted the longest. The only manager that was brought over was Percy Pringle who went by Paul Bearer.
