But you guys are so young and talented and your coach cracks me up I really like his personality from the brief time I sat behind him.

UTEP has a ton of talent sitting out this year too. The transfers beat the starters by 20 every time. Next years UTEP roster will have the most talent I have seen at UTEP since 1986.

I’m sure it’s true but I’ve started not believing that after hearing it at wku for so long. I believe the talent at UTEP will def go up just on the fact that your young freshman are going to be stars. Problem is that UTSA is your travel partner and their guards are same year as your best and only a year older then number 3. Cusa needs UTEP to get good again just cause your history.

I think that ODU will be better next season ... because that is what we say every year and one of these times it has to be right.

I get the joke, but I think next year is an exception. Losing BJ and Caver is gonna suck

I agree, and it was meant as a joke, but still I have seen people on our board saying that with this guy and that guy returning and them having another year of experience next year is the year that ODU gets back to the NCAA Tournament. I equate that with them being better.

This conference is in deep trouble in 2022, that's all I gotta say

I like our young players a lot and hopefully we can supplement with some more talent. I see a lot of young talented players around the league though so I see the conference just getting tougher. Hopefully we all start getting it done OOC and get that second bid.

All I have to say is that the ACC coastal had better watch out for Marshall basketball and football in 2133!

Thanks for joining in the fun. You guys are cracking me up!

Just to add some more fuel to the fire ... another one that always gives me a laugh is ... (freshman) so and so, he will be an all conference player before he leaves ODU.

Not saying it couldn't happen, but lets be honest. No one could possibly know that today. The other 13 schools recruit good players too, not to mention any others that ODU might recruit (including graduate transfers) later that are better than him.

Crazy that three of these happened this week, and that all three players were on the court on Saturday. No wonder we had a 116-106 scoreline.

RE: CUSA Basketball Saturday 2/2
Wallace and Jackson combined for 75 points. I know Wallace had a big night with 45 points but Jackson also had 30. I swear there were shots that Jackson took he wasn’t even looking at the rim and hit nothing but net! Kid has such a quick shot, very hard to defend. Being a MU fan It sucked to lose that game, but it was fun to watch those kids play that well. They were both in the zone.
