We did not allow a point on our opponents first possession this year.

Official announced it wrong. UCF had the two guys with the same number that's why the penalty was declined because we accepted the other foul on UCF.

ONLY team in FBS to not give up an opening drive score in 2016

BTW, While CBS Sports doesn't draw the audience... good Lord best treatment we've ever had for a bowl game. Thirty minute pre-game show, long wrap up after the game. Brought in the skycam AND the camera in the yard marker.

I got the game DVRed but the score doesn't really scream "watchable". Might watch it just because I hear the penalties are crazy.

You can't avoid the penalties, but we killed their poor Freshman QB. Even when he wasn't sacked, he took a big hit.

Also, based on what little I saw of the game at the sports bar where I watched App play, I have to agree about the game presentation. CBSSN made the game look as good as any SEC Saturday game. Impressive.

CBS did a whole pregame show dedicated to this game. That was cool. The Skycam was awesome too. Would have preferred to be on ESPN, but it was cool getting the big dog treatment.
