RE: OT: Clemson's new football facility
Maybe this will help some understand why we don't get recruits that the P5 wants much at all anymore. Things have changed in the last 10 years and the gap has grown exponentially. Every now and then we can still steal one from the Vandy and Purdues of the world. But even schools like that have big advantages over us in recruiting. For the foreseeable future, we are mostly competing for recruits against C-USA and the Sun Belt. You don't have to like it. I don't like it. But the facts are the facts and it doesn't matter who the coach is when it comes to that.

But the goal of the BC$ was make sure #1 go to play #2. It was never about money or breaking out the big 5 ( ~64 teams ) from the have-nots. I know former BCS director, Bill Hancock said so many times

Their baseball coach must have talked to the county.

Dabo is an Alabama graduate and Nick Saban's likely successor.
