I love all the speculation about a guy leaving for greener pastures so many were ready to run out of Boone 4 games into his 2nd season. Now everyone is stressing out Elliot may steal some of our asst coaches. People sure like to create issues.

Satterfield has shown the ability to upgrade coaching positions in nearly every case where there has been a vacancy during his tenure. Some staff turnover is the norm in college football. We have folks that don't seem to understand that.

That is the single most thing I've been impressed with about Scott. Every coach he's had to replace has been with a guy with multiple FBS years experience. It's been an upgrade each time.

Lol... funny

Cajuns are probably stuck with him after the NCAA mess they went through... one vacated SBC championship isn't gonna get him a lot of looks

if the rumors about his personal life are true that's also a concern

It's even more remarkable compared to five years ago around this time, App was in bad turmoil after half the staff left for WCU, S&C left for Colorado State and two assistants were fired for being terrible. Thank goodness Scott went to visit his wife's family after Christmas.

I just think he could use one more year to "fine tune" his coaching

If and when Scott leaves (and I hope he never does), maybe we can get Elliott since he'll have some HC experience.

He doesn't run the TO.

Saw more option out of App this year than GaSo

I'm not convinced that migration wasn't a planned move on Scott's part.
