If not, hopefully you can swing an internet connection + WatchESPN live streaming. That is, if it isn't blocked out from availability in Aruba. I know it is no issue in Puerto Rico but that is perhaps because it is a part of the U.S. I bet if you ask a concierge - or even better, a bartender - they will be able to find it for you.

Nothing "official" since the Jersey and NYC alumni chapters merged. I'm planning to stop by Reichenbach because I work 5 blocks away, but for Saturday games, I agree, I'd rather (and do) watch in Jersey.

Partner and I, and sometimes another JMU alum watch televised JMU games at Porta in Jersey City sometimes. Also, being Rutgers season tix holders, we are in New Brunswick many Saturdays in fall, and will try to catch televised JMU games at a bar there if it's before or after an RU game. That's real RU, not spatter RU. If either JC or NB are convenient to you, come join us next time. Maybe we can pull in enough people to re-start a Jersey Dukes squad someday.

So, if you are at work and at about 3 pm, you start to feel very sick, running to the bathroom, etc. ... Would you be able to go home the rest of the day (even if it cost some sick leave time)?

Considered playing the sick card, but I was out the end of last week and beginning of this week...it was a perfect storm that I could not get out early today and neither could my wife (also a JMU/MRD alum). I was at all of the playoff games in 2008, it is an incredible atmosphere and I am incredibly disappointed I cannot go, but I'll be cheering hard at the RVA watch party which I am running for the folks in the same boat, hoping for a home game next weekend!
