RE: ACC Bowl game discussion
i can see it being a bad bowl season for the ACC given those matchups. maybye 1 or 2 wins. none of them look like a sure win for the ACC team.

Yes, and it's because of (1) placing a team into the playoffs, (2) back-filling the Orange Bowl, and (3) getting the Citrus Bowl thanks to having a Big Ten team in the Orange. Those are your top 3 bowls, and every team below that moves up a couple of notches.

We're favored or pick-em in all but 2.

RE: ACC Bowl game discussion
That's the whole point of these bowl games. If you knew who was going to win going in, why would anyone watch?
I want these games to be interesting! Of course I would like to see the ACC do as well as possible but more than anything I want close, competitive football games. That means that some of them are going to go your way and others are not.
That's just how it goes and what makes it fun!

Yep. No problem with the $55 million... Big problem with the 50/50 split.

I can see the ACC being in negotiations with the Sugar next time around or at least getting a far better OB deal. We're building a stronger hand for the next round.

That sucks. I'll have to miss most of both games because VT plays Duke in men's basketball at noon on ESPN2.

Thanks guys.
Congratulations on joining the Heisman Trophy club!
I was very impressed with Lamar Jackson's interview during the halftime show. A well-spoken young man, said sir and I liked his big cross necklace.

Top 5 Fascinating Bowl Games By Jim Johnson, SouthernPigskin.com
http://www.southernpigskin.com/acc/top-5...owl-games/
Florida v. Iowa: ...Who would be surprised if this game went to multiple overtimes, tied at 0-0?
Arkansas v. Virginia Tech: ...Bret Bielema left Virginia Tech out of his final Top 25 Coaches’ Poll ballot. He later recanted, calling it an oversight, but can you say bulletin board material?
