It wouldn't make a ton of sense to send a 6-6 team to get obliterated by an ACC school unless ESPN was getting a matchup they wanted otherwise

In what world is Miami of Ohio getting solid ratings against an ACC school? If anything getting App would be huge because North Carolina is home to four ACC schools.

Can't send you. SBC only gets one team to a non league tied bowl and that's Idaho. Unless there was some major horse trading.

You are really crushing all of the fun that comes from speculating these things. Regardless, I pray for Orlando. I can get to Orlando to knock out seeing family and attend a bowl game all at once.

Also, USA beating a MWC team, App beating an AAC team, State and Troy beating MAC teams, the Belt should elevate over C-USA and if it weren't for WMU, the MAC.

Trust me, I haven't met a single AState fan who wants to play in Orlando. It's an almost impossible trip for most fans, thrown together with a game against an AAC.

Orlando and Raleigh are Southwest HUBs and a relatively "easy" drive in that it's relatively direct down 77 to 95 to 4. I think a lot of reservation is made over the network. What would be best is if CBS somehow found it within their heart to broadcast nationwide due to the cause of the Cure Bowl.

Unfortunately, App is a lot closer to Orlando than AState.

Maybe Troy gets Toledo and State gets Ohio? "Close" is still 10 hours or so. Enough for a bit of jet lag if you drive yourself.

The most important factor is Idaho playing against a MWC school: Colorado State!

Would rather see you with Toledo and State with Ohio.

Get your Bowl projections here.

I'm sorry, but if Ohio State is number 4 then it needs to be Penn State. For all of the "head to head loss to Michigan" well what about Ohio State losing to the team with the bad head to head. Pen. State won their division and conference.

Also not a fan of the projection of App against directional Michigan number 2.

It could be worse. You could be going to America's b-hole to play in the consensus worst bowl game out there.

Thought y'all would be happy about a bowl close to home and prove yourself to the MWC

Can stAte and App play their Bowl game in Boone next Saturday? High of 21 degrees...

Looking like that would be better than playing a .500 MAC team.

If you guys go Montgomery, it will be against Toledo

Where are you finding all of this information?

Twitter rumors that Miami is headed to St Pete.

It wouldn't make a ton of sense to send a 6-6 team to get obliterated by an ACC school unless ESPN was getting a matchup they wanted otherwise

Rumors be damned. Truth will prevail Sunday.

Ohio- Miami Beach Bowl
Toledo-Dollar General Bowl
EMU-Bahamas Bowl
CMU- Camellia Bow
Miaml U-St Petersburg Bowl

The Arizona Bowl requires a flight. It's a 21 hour drive from Mobile. I just don't see a ton of fans making this trip.
