Pregame "warmup" in Detroit
Anyone planning a little pre-game cheer downtown?

I was thinking The Well or Old Shallaighly. 04-cheers

We're meeting some friends in Greektown for dinner/drinks - heading up early tomorrow so hopefully we're downtown by 3:30.

My dad is a '69 alum, and current Gary Fund fundraiser. Will be dining at the Parthenon with him and moms whenever we get into town (gonna guess around 4:30-4:45.)

Can't freaking wait!!!

Our group will be stopping at Old Shillelaghs on the way to the Stampede Tailgate. We'll definitely be back there after the game.

Wife, daughter and I are heading to Slows BBQ prior to the game. Can't pass up the opportunity to eat up some pulled pork and brisket with those sauces. Best BBQ anywhere.

If you're a burger fan, and never been there, you should check out Mercury Bar some time. Bourbon Milkshakes too.

That is a great place. Food is good and should be able to get a seat without too much of a wait

I love McShanes before Tigers games. Their shuttle service is great. They run you whenever you want to go from the bar, and the people there are usually really awesome. Food is average, but it's a laid back place that typically has friendly customers too.

That most certainly does not sound bad.

I may have to add this to tomorrow's to-do list.

Went to Wahlburgers in Boston this summer. GREAT food...make sure you get the onion straws (rings?) instead of fries. Theirs are light and crispy..awesome.
