If the Cajuns win, most people believe they get New Orleans, Troy to Mobile, A State to Montgomery, App to Orlando and Idaho to Arizona.
South Alabama would get one of the overage bowls if they should win.
But if LA doesn't win, all bets are off.
If the Cajuns lose, my guess is AState goes to New Orleans to play Southern Miss and Troy goes to Mobile, while USA fills Montgomery. App and Idaho stay where most are putting them.

The talk here is AState to Montgomery with the caveat that there is a scenario that sends AState to Orlando. No idea what that scenario is.
I would expect App is lobbying for Orlando and Troy lobbying for Mobile.
