Tion Green to honor Isaiah Pead against Tulsa
Tion Green will wear the number #23 and the name Pead on the back of his jersey to honor Isaiah Pead against Tulsa.

Nice touch. Hopefully he can channel Isaiah and the chant of "You Got Pead On!" will be applicable.

RE: Tion Green to honor Isaiah Pead against Tulsa
If I were a defensive back, the LAST thing I would like to see is Tion busting trough the line and heading straight at me.

I think having Tion wear Pead's number and name is very fitting and I hope that the significance is not lost on anyone.

Glad Tion did that and am 1000% supportive of honoring Pead.

Classy move by Tion. The university needs to put Pead in the ROH asap-- should have been inducted years ago along with several others.

Can we start a petition for PEAD to the ROH?

Great move. Surprised the NCAA is allowing it.

Maybe we didn't ask. After all, who at the NCAA is going to be paying attention to Tulsa-Cincinnati this week?

X2. Met him at a UCATS event and was immediately impressed with Tion as a person.

In addition to that list, I'd add Terrell Byrd, and wide receiver Dominic Goodman, Hiromi Nakamura, Brent Celek and maybe Walter Stewart.
