RE: Seniors 2016
Each and every one of them made a positive contribution to our football program.

It is really going to be tough to not watch Washington and Pascal though; similar to the feeling when Heinicke graduated.

Coward and Ricks are just as important on the other side of the ball.

I agree. I think our best player on the defensive side of the ball has been Brandon Addison. SO happy he is coming back.

Both Coward and Ricks are good players as well. I agree that Addison has been our best defensive player this year. I'm not concerned about replacing Ricks at all. Coward is going to be a bigger loss, but luckily we have tons of depth along the defensive line, including at defensive tackle.

What a great bunch of seniors. There is not one guy on that list who has not contributed to this team -- some more than others, but all have been on the field and doing their job. They deserve a lot of attaboys on Saturday, and I do believe we will miss T J Ricks.

Anthony Wilson has been pretty good this year, as well.

It's going to be interesting replacing 2 of the starting LBs, who were both walk-ons at one point. Hard work pays off.

In my personal opinion, if I'm building a defense, the line would be first, corners, then safeties, then linebackers.

Going to be really young there next year, but talented:

Worthy- 3 star
Bernard- 3 star
Wilder- 3 star
Garner-3 star
Lackman- 3 star
Priester- 3 star

It also seems like Marvin Branch has moved up the ranks.

Going to take time for them to get up to speed, but Worthy has started and been in program 3 years while the others will have been in 1-2 years. WOuldn't surprise me if we add a JUCO or grad transfer, but I think we are ok long term at LB.

I would be much more concerned if it was a young DL or secondary.

I'll be interested to see Miskel develop.

He's a safety. Unless they are planning on adding some weight to him and moving him to LB?

I do like his ability to play in the box. Andre Bernard seems like a big guy that might be able to do that.

The most interesting will be replacing David Washington at QB.

It's probably not an overstatement to say our whole season next year rides on his replacement.

Not only Washington's play, but his leadership. This was his team.

The redshirt seniors are. Technically the others were FBS recruits.

I would pretty much say it is. We decided to move up May, 2012, which doesn't give much time to recruit for 2012/13.

Clear difference between the 2013 and 2014 recruiting classes.

These men are Program Builders... they've left a legacy they can be proud of for the rest of their days.

I'm so happy they're navigating the Program to our first Bowl!!
