I go into every season optimistic. That usually changes in week 2 or 3 though.

Is emu even offering any kids from Michigan? Looks like most of these offers you are reporting are from other states. I realize that not many kids from Michigan have been committing to Eastern but they still need to make the offers to legit prospects. Our previous baseball coach irritated a lot of people within the Michigan baseball community because he did not try to recruit many Michigan players. Don't want to see CC and crew get similar criticism.

'Nickle, I think we offered a lot earlier this year during the "Junior Days" that the staff held. I assume most of those were local (MI primarily) kids.

We offer a lot of Michigan kids who go elsewhere which is what it has been historically. Also its very early and camp season hasn't begun.
