I think USA is better than 10th, and ULM/ULL are a little overrated. Besides that, that seems about right.

I would put the 2 Louisiana schools about where he has them simply because they are playing better football than the teams below them right now. Maybe South could be higher, but they'll need to prove that against Idaho next weekend.
