We have enough proven problems without throwing rumors around.....

I would be careful with rumors this year... for every rumor there is as counter rumor.

I heard GS and Savannah State are merging to save costs. The Statesboro campus will close since Savannah is the bigger market.

The Eagles will be no more as they will use the Savannah State Tigers branding.

Summers could use a win tomorrow. I do sort of feel for him. His seat is getting hotter and hotter. As any GS fan I want him to be successful-- so far this season must be like a nightmare for him

Whats funny is that something the exact opposite is likely to happen with a school in Savannah.

Ha I'm amazed Summers hasn't already been tared and feathered with the all out assault taking place. The quality of play has been so up and down, mostly incredibly down, it's tough to get a feel for what to think. There certainly seems to be no method to this staffs approach. There pushed to run what they know and disregard the little things that've been successful week to week. Kinda reminds me of Forest Gump and a box of chocolates each week. You never know what you're going to get.

Yeah, this is old news. Telling your players they need to learn how to practice and they've got ta be more "tough" while turning the #1 rushing offense two years running into crap is going to take a toll on the morale of any team.

Never gets old.

When my dad attended Southern in the 70's, he said that the local station would play this song to start the day and end it. When it singed off for good, it closed out with it as well.

With graduate school right now I feel like " I'm tied to the whipping post".
