Men's Hoops looking promising so far.
107-58 over NAIA Marygrove. Ten point game after a sloppy 1st half, then we blew it open early in the 2nd. We have added some series scorers and a few high-energy freshmen who are contributing. The Tennessee Tech win was a good one, as those guys don't lose much at home.
Next up is a tournament in Texas and a serious step up in competition: Pepperdine, St. Bonaventure, and Little Rock.

Not looking so good when we get pressed by Chicago State(?), who was 4-11 coming in. But, then again, when we don't play defense, we can make anybody look good. Keno, another .500 coach appointed by Heeke! Should have hired Kampe, who just beat Georgia! But no, we have hire people at or below mediocrity!

First half wasn't too bad, just weren't hitting from outside much. Second half, EMU's shooters got hot and we responded by fumbling the ball around and giving EMU easy transition buckets. We need to show a little more discipline; it would keep us from falling apart under pressure like that.

I've seen enough of Mr. Pouty-.500. This is nothing more than midget basketball. What makes Mr. Pouty and his staff think that they can win with two midgets in the back court and three nobodies in the front court?! Sending the midgets into the trees is a sure recipe for disaster! Either bring Sue G-spot in to RECRUIT/coach the men, or bring Majerle back!!!

We're starting to play better "D", which is why we are on a good streak right now. Lots of steals today. OTOH, some dumb turnovers. Hopefully the men can clean up the sloppy stuff by tourney time.

Game against Kent was your best game. The little ball hog shared the ball. Meyer and Scott actually rebounded, and Kozinski wasn't totall worhless.
Play like that when Western comes to Mt Oand you should avoid the annual sweep
