Just watched that entire video. Very enjoyable.

How many of these players are leftovers from John Final 4 Brady?

I liked how the Red Woofs continued attacking down the stretch. Georgetown's interior defense is non-existent. If John Thompson Sr. were dead he'd be rolling around in his grave.

4 total
2 starting guards with size - Thomas and Carter
1 reserve shooter - Kern
1 forward who doesn't play

That makes it even more impressive. Though I did hear Thomas' name called several times in that video. I also saw Kern drain one 3.

We had more players returning but once Stansbury ran the rest off we had 3 returning from last years team. We go down to Belmont tomorrow night to get porked in the culo by the definition of white privilege. If you have ever witnessed a game AT Belmont you'd know what I mean. The refs don't even try to hide it down there. Hell, they let Vince Gill make calls from the baseline. Then mimic whatever he called.

Our new players will find out early and often. I actually enjoy it when Belmont cheats on Murray State but don't find it so enjoyable when it happens to us. 05-nono

Don't get me wrong. I respect that they usually have a good team. One of our posters went back and checked and they're 55-3 at home over the last several years. I don't care how good you are that requires a little help.

Carter averaged 17/game last year and led the way at Georgetown with 25 in 37 minutes. Thomas is from DC and grew up a Georgetown fan and really set the tone driving the ball as a 6-4 point guard - but was in foul trouble early and didn't play much of the first half ending up with 12 in 22 minutes.

It wasn't that Brady was terrible at recognizing and recruiting talent(mostly transfer/juco) - he just sucked at coaching it up. He couldn't get kids to play for one another and be unselfish. The game passed him by a long, long time ago.

McCasland looks like a good one so far. The kids played hard and didn't back down.

stAte will have problems matching up inside - but Georgetown was forced to go smaller to match us. That impressed me.

We've never played at Belmont, but we did play them once in Knoxville as part of the regional round for the Preseason NIT. They destroyed us.

Great win! Congrats! Wish it was App but I'm glad for the Red Wolves.

Kern basically never played for Brady because of knee injuries. Missed first year completely and most of second.
