We've lost to UTSA, ODU, and UNC-Charlotte by a combined 48 points. I mean.....it's not even that we lost (which is inexcusable in itself), it's that all three of those teams utterly kicked the shiit out of us. I imagine the combined score at halftime of those games results is an even worse margin.

If I would've told you 10 years ago....or even 5 years ago.....that Old Dominion and the University of Texas at San Antonio would combine to score 106 points on us....

sorry i was getting ahead of myself. 5-5 soon to be 5-7

UNT's best RB (833 yds & 13 TDs through 9 games) had knee surgery last week. That doesn't mean we won't let the 3rd string guy score a couple of 50-yd TDs, but it should help, at least.

their qb is questionable too....

If this team somehow manages to back into a bowl game, it will almost certainly be the worst USM team to ever do so. I mean, I can't remember ever sending an objectively *bad* team to a bowl. Even last year, we played Washington pretty close for most of the game. I just don't see this team holding even the worst of bowl teams under 60 points.

I don't know why teams ever choose to throw the ball on us. Practice reps I guess. Most of the teams on our schedule could've ran dives and sweeps on every play and beat us.

It doesn't matter if there RB is out or the QB....it's not as if we've been facing NFL caliber talent the last 2 weeks. I could probably get an average of 3 to 4 yards as an RB right now against this D.
