That onside kick really appeared to tick them off. If they had played ticked off like that all season things might have been different.

Can you give us a rundown of your game with NMSU? Box score says you guys were ahead big early in the 3rd.

Looking for his, or any ARKST fan perspective. What did you do well, what did you not do well, etc. Looking forward to Thursday night.

Our best shot to beat Troy, IMO, is if their players come out with a big heads and underestimate us.

I don't think that the "big head" syndrome will be an issue. I think if my Trojans lose it's because stAte was better that day, not because of over confidence.

At the moment, TROY is bowl eligible...that's it - nothing more!!

I'm curious what the line will be. I'm thinking Troy -7.

I think a lot of Troy fans, media, and pundits are overlooking us and already polishing their trophy and making cases for the CFP.

I don't think Troy players and coaches are.

We were pretty big underdogs against App last year in basically the same situation
(Thursday Night road game against a team with only one loss, a competitive game against Clemson) And this year because of our debacles against Utah State and UCA, we are even ranked lower. My guess is 10-12 points.

These guys pretty much covered it. The offensive line can be porous at times, play selection has me scratching my head some times and our young QB can make bad decisions due to inexperience. A true power runner would help but we don't have one. We've got some athletes but so does Troy. It could be close but my gut says Troy by 14. I'll be rooting for my Wolves, regardless.

We matched up well with APP in a few regards. They had they think the 6th best run defense in the country, but really small interior lineman. They also ran a 3-4 defense which really allows them to stop outside runs. We were able to exploit that by running our huge backs and huge o-line up the middle. We won't be able to do that vs you guys. I think you have a 330 run stuffer up front. We'll have to be creative, but one thing Neal Brown isn't, is predictable.

I'm not sure how well we'll respond to the hurry up offense you guys run. We haven't seen it much this year and it could present a real problem. I do think we'll be able to bottle up wand as we have a 5'5" track star at running back that rattled off a 60 yard TD against Clemson. He'll be on the scout team for sure. If I had to guess, you'll see our big backs up the middle less and more of them catching the ball in the flats.

I would say that's accurate. Although I'm not sure Vegas would agree with you. The spread will be close <5-6. But this dudeTROY takes NUT'n for granted... especially after the last several years of suck'n a big one.

Troy comes in at #25. Getting ranked will be a huge distraction for our team. Let's all hope Neal Brown keeps the team focused.

Since our September funk, defense has really rejuvenated itself and has been nightmare for Belt QBs we've played; with that said I would go out on a limb to say Silvers has been the best Quarterback we've faced since Logan Woodside of Toledo

No doubt key will be if Red Wolves will be capable of rattling Silvers and if Troy can stymie Astate Pressure

Also Red Wolves are going to have to put on the best offensive performance of the season

We're not that hurry up at the moment.

The problem with Wand is not particular his speed, its the fact that he is the size of a rabbit, has the maneuverability of a rabbit, yet can squat 500 pounds.

That last part is what is worrisome. I just don't have much confidence in our offense. If we win it will be with defense and Troy may be to good for that

First five drives vs GSU last week were Oregon tempo. No doubt you try it against us.

If stAte pulls this off, it will be a combination of our solid defense play and significant turnovers/penalties by Troy. Basically if we win, it's because Troy gives the game to us.

That's an incredibly dumb post. There are about 100 things that could happen, this is just one option.

You guys going wide might help us honestly. Speed is our defenses greatest strength. The teams who have success against us are good running it straight up the middle.
