Yes, Mike Hopkins is still there. He has turned down lots of opportunities to stay at Syracuse. I would have preferred for him to leave the program and go get some experience running his own program before handing him the keys. Now, because he has been so loyal, it seems that they owe him the chance once Beohiem retires, which I hope is soon.

How bad is Providence?

Providence is actually decent, they already beat Memphis, Rhode Island and UMass and were a 10 seed in the latest bracketology. Very surprising win for BC.
