True, but the problem is that Woodside's team is 8-2 but not ranked while Terrell's team is 10-0 and ranked # 14 in the AP poll, so he has a much higher profile. It is not enough to be good; people (outside the MAC) have to frequently hear about it.

LOL The first time I read your post, I mistook one of the explanation points as an L. In other words, at first I read your post as Woodside was was up for Heisman Tool ! LOL

There is a QB in Louisville that will be the 2016 Heisman winner.

Terrell's numbers don't even sniff Lynch's from 2012 and 2013 and he barely made it to the ceremony in 2013. This is cool but it is also quite the longshot.

Woodside's Passing TD's this season could surpass Lynch's best running and passing TD total of 47(2013).

For a MAC player to get serious consideration, they really need at least a 2 year Heisman campaign. Lynch had that. If Big Ben had returned for his senior season, he would have gotten real consideration.

When it comes to Woodside at Toledo, I was thinking the same thing. Barring incident, next year could be his year for the hardware.

Congrats to both Terrell and Woodside for the honor of consideration. Makes the MAC proud!

Quinton Flowers and Lamar Jackson are the best duel threat QB's in the country.
Jake Browning and Logan Woodside are the best passing.

The second line of QB's will never win a Heisman over guys like that on the first line because they don't "do as much." Even if the total number of TD's accounted for is better with a second line type QB.
