Dook.

Kenny Williams will have knee surgery Monday (out for 4-6 weeks, i.e. the rest of the season)

Injuries have hurt a lot of teams this year, it's amazing that the league has stayed so strong with the number of folks that have been hurt.

Carolina has only played TWO games this year with a full roster.

Yes. For some games they only went ten deep. 07-coffee3

It's beginning to look like those #2 and #3 seeds could be our double byes in the ACCT, with the next five getting the single bye and starting on Wednesday. It's shaping up to be a great tournament.

That seems the most likely scenario. I see the Irish as the most likely current outsider to grab a double bye. They are only 1 down in the loss column of FSU/UofL/Duke, and have a light remaining schedule. They finish @ UofL, but until then it's @ NC State, GT, and BC. They should be 11-5 heading into the final weekend.

UVA is a game back at 8-5, but still has a home and home with UNC. They'll likely win their other three but 12-6 seems best case scenario.

The ACC didn't do NC any favors with those final 5 games!

Dang. VT had Louisville on the ropes but couldn't finish the job.

Great game though - we got hot and kept it close but the size difference was just too much.

Yes they did. Gave them a great opportunity to sew up a 1 seed

You would think hitting over 60% (17-26 I think it was) of your 3's would be enough to win a game. VT is tough, I think their lack of depth caught up to them at the end. Great game.

You can do that without having 4 games against the top teams in the ACC in your last 5 games.

I believe 17 three's ties a Louisville's opponents record for a game. It reminds me of the game BC had @ VT. They did the same thing and lost.

Virginia Tech's 17 three pointers is the most made by a Louisville opponent in regulation in school history. Tech's 90 points also set the record for most points by an opponent ever in the YUM Center's seven seasons.

The Cards managed to get the win, which is impressive since the Hokies shot 59/65/79%.

I wonder if Gillon is aware he has 0 points and an airball ... the fans really seem to want to remind him of that.

I don't think I've ever seen an offensive foul where you still get the basket before. WTF?

Only thing worse than this cuse team are the acc refs. Gotta be kidding me. JB needs to take the fine and go ape$hit in his presser.
