Would you prefer... Newspaper owned by an Arab Mexican says that that DJT has hired a bunch of lobbyists. No rebuttal of the story, just an attack on the owner. It certainly looks like someone might conclude that your complaint is based upon his ethnic heritage or nationality.

Already taking a page from Obama's play book....

http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/...se-broken/

Quote:Obama's ethics proposals specifically spelled out that former lobbyists would not be allowed to "work on regulations or contracts directly and substantially related to their prior employer for two years." On his first full day in office, Obama signed an executive order to that effect.

But the order has a loophole — a "waiver" clause that allows former lobbyists to serve. That waiver clause has been used at least three times, and in some cases, the administration allows former lobbyists to serve without a waiver.

Transition team is not as big of a deal, lets see if he still does the same with his permanent staff.

However, I would expect that a lot of what he said during the campaign, was just to get votes. So expect broken promises.

Be prepared to say that a lot.

Be prepared to be duped by firm's trolling a lot. He never voted for Trump. He's been a Hillary/Dem supporter and will continue to be in the future.

Trump is a showman. A reality tv star. He puts out click bate to enhance his brand. He was working on a new network but then he was elected, ops.

I don't know how much to buy into some of the possible cabinet picks I've seen thrown around, but they seem to be a lot of establishment types. Some certainly aren't, but several are. Nothing we can really do but wait and see I suppose.

One area I would like to see long time Washington players though is national security. I read an article yesterday saying he was having issues filling national security roles with experienced people because they were almost all on the "Never Trump" train. Hopefully that's not true/people come to their senses. National security shouldn't be left to people that aren't prepared to handle it.

Really got to get off this "if you don't love Trump, you voted Hillary nonsense. YOU came far closer to putting Hillary in the WH than those of us who recognize Trump for the ass he is.

Now throw in one of your latent homosexual comments about my butt.

Yea, I think for the areas that are extremely important, such as National security, you need to have people in there that are the best in the country. Whether they are insiders or not.
