There's a bit of a difference between 45 yards to go needing a hail mary and goal to go at the one. Saying it 'goes both ways' would have been more like the refs calling the hold on UH's right tackle on every single play.

UH's right tackle was holding during that face mask too and it wasn't called either. I saw it. It was pretty obvious on the replay.

my counter to that is you were already at the 1..which you had 2 shots to get 1 yard
and you had no timeouts, time would have likely still ran out..it takes 6 seconds to set up a play, the clock ran out during the play

IMO a qb getting the ball at a 45yd long field instead of a 60yd when he can only throw 50yds for 1 final play is bigger than no yards and 5 seconds at the 1 yrd line where you were still able to run plays after

Yea, won't argue that. Just hate crap calls/non calls. Everybody gets screwed one time or the other.

Congratulations on Houston winning the game. Lesser teams with lesser coaches wouldn't have found a way to win that game.

There are probably 8 or 9 other programs in this conference that would take Herman in a heartbeat.

They would take him till he reams them like fuente did.

The Tulsa defense is miles better than last year. They may not win the division this year but they should have a shot at every game remaining on the schedule because of that improvement.
