The main problem was that Hagan tipped off the fake before the snap, he didnt set up as normal and was looking around as to see where to run. I had several people around me seeing the fake in the stands, Im sure CMU saw the same thing.

Yet another thing we're not too good at. I remember when we used to successfully execute fakes.
