Looks Like UC Coach Tuberville's contract extension was signed Oct. 1, 2016. Buyout is $2.4 Mil before Dec. 7, 2016,
$1.5 Mil after Dec. 7

They report his income around 2mm annually, does that include Under Armour?

Dah Fuq? I thought it was considerably lower?

Seems outrageous that the buyout would be that high, and term that long, on an extension given for recruiting purposes to a coach on thin ice.

Yikes. Those are high numbers. Do you guys think UC will still fire him after the season?

So Dec 8th will be the day. Still can't believe that Oct 1st date. UC should have taken it off the table at that point. I guess he knew what was coming that night against USF and the rest of the way.

He's gone. No way they can keep him after this season or they'll lose way more money than 1.5 next year by keeping him compared to what a new guy could generate simply due to change.

Technically THE day could be December 7th the way the contract is worded.
