Our recruiting has taken a massive hit under this staff. Now, they can still get it together. I just wonder why 80 percent of our coaches want to tweet out scripture at any opportunity. I would love to see more football related tweets.

Awwww...come on! GSU recruits. It's just a bit difficult for now.

We will not have a big class this year, so we will be filling specific needs with this class and it won't rank at the top of the SBC.

247 is by far the best recruiting outlet imo

I can't tell you much about our football recruiting, but our basketball team just landed a kid with offers from Iowa State and Vanderbilt.

We might actually be making a rise in that game with hoops and nets and a big orange ball.

Exactly! ESPN & Scout.com has TROY with 4 recruits.

Neither of those are rarely accurate early in the process. 247Sports is a better representation of what Troy actually has, at any given time. The owner of troyfans.com does provide them with some information on Troy targets.

Massive is a little much at this point but as it stands right now it is not where we were last year. However, most kids that have not been recruited since they were soph dont have very accurate and or any rating. Until the high school season is over no way to really tell what is what. Kids are going to rise and fall their senior season.

Also, who cares what they tweet? Most of the people including recruits that subscribe to them are probably in the same area religion wise. I only see maybe a post a day from any coach. Most are more inspirational than straight scripture. Either way it should not bother anyone. They are probably limited on what they can post directly about the team anyway. Only one coach should be posting directly about the team and that is the HC.

As long as they are quoting Samuel Jackson quoting scripture, its cool.
