I'm all for school name recognition...In my opinion, the more people that see 'William & Mary," the better. But we need a conjunction or ampersand in there some place.

I feel like the ampersand is a pretty big part of the school's identity. It's super weird that they left it off

Yup. I think the ampersand would have looked weird starting the second line, but not as weird as nothing.

Do you guys also hate pay raises and Thanksgiving dinner?

I don't think that "William ... Mary" with no ampersand is new to this year's unis -- I'm sure it's been done that way in the past. Maybe not all the time, but sometimes.

Yeah, I like the ampersand too, but the away unis have had William Mary on the front in numerous past seasons.

With so many games on Tv am really glad to see use of William and Mary name, ampersand or not.
Would like it on home uniforms too.

But this is like Thanksgiving dinner without the stuffing. Why didn't you make stuffing?

Here is an alternate for the Women's team with the ampersand. This is way too jumbled at the top. I like the Men's version better (even without it).

I kinda like the Tribe logo on the uni. The name recognition isn't as crucial on the home uniform.

I actually like the women's away uni look. It looks clear enough to read, even with the, obviously, smaller size.

Oh interesting. I always say that's how I'd want a jersey, with an arched "William & Mary" above the numbers but for whatever reason I'm not a fan of this jersey either. Clearly I don't know what I want.

No Ampersand is strange, but it works. Every time I look at it, I like it more. Lets face it, the Ampersand screws up the symmetry of a normal team name. Maybe we can fade it in behind the number (sublimate as posters like to say).

One reason it looks good though, is it seems like this is a semi-throwback look as well, with the lettering looking vintage and almost embroidered felt-material (look closely) ??

One thing I noticed, if Hunter & Jack are 6'9, Nathan Knight is pushing 6'10

noticed that as well, I think he's closer to 6'11" there. And Pierce must be slouching, because he's supposed to be an inch taller than Malinowski, who is right next to him.

Couldn't agree more. This uni looks like William Morris. It's incomplete, sort of like our post game.
