Absolutely gone.
Truth is, the only thing we missed out on was the aack. We were never going anywhere else. The hiring of ellllllllllos was as big a factor as any in that. Hire Monken and our situation is far different now.
Accept it and move on.

...no doubt..hiring ellis from North Carolina was a mistake...gettin Monken over from Kansas St would have been much better.

and *****-bitch-bitching will get us TTT directly...03-puke

I never missed a home game from age 5 to 45....and my family and I had seasoned tickets and Eagle Club memberships all that time....so I kinda feel like I did my part as best I could, even when I remember how worthless it all seemed at one time or the other.

To the young folks on here who only complain: It ain't nothing like it used to be, so quit your bellyaching.05-nono

I remember being a senior at Hattiesburg High, and I bet maybe 10% of the students were USM fans....I remember playing a strong BYU team in Jackson in 1975, with MAYBE 5,000 fans there (me and my three buddies WERE THE student section)...I remember 2-9 in Bobby Collins' and new MM Roberts Stadium first year, and we wondered what the hayell we got ourselves into...I remember Old Mrs 69-7, West Texas 30-0, MISStake 59-14, SDSU 69-7 and Tex Arlington in front of 2,000 fans in Jackson....AND ME AND MY BUDDIES ALWAYS CAME BACK FOR MORE!!!

I don't care if I'm the only person who couldn't care less about Old Mrs, MSUcks, Alabamar or LSWho...Fek em...I will always be a USM fan and will always believe better days are ahead, even when I don't have that many left meself..03-lmfao

We wound up going to N'Awlins following the game (smart move) and one car in our group crashed into a guard rail in Slidell (imagine that!), the only thing hurt human-wise was their ego thank Gawd..04-cheers
