I don't see why people were saying Western Kentucky was starting an inexperienced quarterback. The guy started for South Florida for two years.

Bailiff did acknowledge that several time in pre-game interviews. Plus, their O-line and receivers are still there.

But we have hurt ourselves so far with penalties. Game could easily be 10-9 Owls.
