Ew. Pick one or the other. Not both.

I'm going to guess that once Fleck moves on, the block w bronco will be on the football helmets again. The logo will be consistent throughout the athletic department.
I am a fan of the block w bronco. Hence my profile pic.

Love the (*) asterisk under the football branding... " Football logos and typography are only used in conjunction with football related items." Seems interesting that they wouldn't extend the "ghost bronco" to other sports... I think that logo would look pretty sweet on the floor at UA.. then again I am sure I am the minority here with regard to that...

You probably are, since the ghost bronco is incredibly gay metro.

Now we need to get "official colors" and adhere to them. Too willy nilly, for a brand. I'm to the point where I don't care what they pick, as long as they pick.

Our "brand" changes every year it seems. That's the problem.

And another thing; I much prefer Cubit's tastes in uniforms than Fleck's. Some of the new uniforms look good, but some ugly too. I really liked the uniforms the last several years under Cubit, with the stripes at end of shoulder pads. Cool traditional look.

WOW brovol, we deviate in our fandom. I LOVE that Fleck brought back brown and gold. I know sometimes there's a little too much oar, but I'm with Nacho and the players on this.

ONE MORE WEEK.

Since the decision to incorporate black back in the late '90s, I give credit to all of our football coaches for at least attempting to include brown in the uniforms (Darnell with the brown-and-gold stripes on the original black unis; Cubit with the brown stripes on the helmet; P.J. with the occasional brown-and-gold unis).

As opposed to, say...basketball, which these days seems to prefer to look like Georgetown instead of making any effort whatsoever to putting some brown in the unis (with the exception of the occasional mid-90s throwback unis, but I'm talking regular normal uniforms). Maybe CD can pull some strings with Hawk...

Yep, pretty much my take. I love the new ("old") uniforms with the exception of that away jersey with the big oars on the shoulders.

I like the uniqueness of brown and gold. That whole shift to black circa Y2K felt too bandwagon-ish.

Right, because surely 30+ years later there's no way Georgetown still regularly wears those all-grey uniforms made famous by those Ewing teams in the '80s. Right?

Oops. 03-shhhh

As you like to say, back on topic: no WMU team in any sport should be wearing all-grey uniforms that include no brown and just a trace of gold. Those basketball unis from this past season bring back bad memories of the grey Bronco hockey jerseys from the early Culhane era. Basketball needs to follow hockey's lead and ditch the grey.
