Does Trump want to lose the election?
Why the heck would he ever make the "2nd amendment comment"? Is he that dumb or is he purposely throwing the election?

Both candidate are bad. Gary Johnson has risen to best candidate. I wish we could vote do over and if 50% of voters voted that way, both candidates would be out and not allowed to run and we could start the process over again. I have serious reservations about the republican and democrat candidate.

RE: Does Trump want to lose the election?
i have far more reservations about Trump. I was quickly turned off to his rhetoric because he paints himself as a potential warmonger...and his lack of a filter would send our children into unnecessary wars. his recent words only confirm and reinforce my earlier concerns.

the democratic nominee, is certainly flawed. However, while not ideal wouldn't just be some loose cannon that will destroy our relationships around the world.

RE: Does Trump want to lose the election?
It could be a little of both, tbh. Keep in mind he got the GOP nomination by doing almost this exact thing (pandering to uneducated white males) so perhaps he thinks that continuing it will gain success here (not likely, since the main election is far different than the nomination fights).

Neither he nor Clinton are ideal candidates, but when you look at the nomination fights, one party's two main nominees both had flaws (Clinton for ones everyone's previously stated and Sanders wouldn't have been able to accomplish anything with the way Congress is currently oriented), while the other buried their best candidate (Kasich) in 4th place behind two idiots and an ok Senator who didn't even win his own state.

I wouldn't vote for Hillary if she were the only candidate. I can't find one thing likable about her.

RE: Does Trump want to lose the election?
I don't like seeing the arrogance out of Trump, that everyone is stupid, things are simple, etc. It's the kind of thing that can lead to bad decisions. As far as what he said, not too different from the rest of his un-thought-out bluster, so far it hasn't hurt him much, surprisingly. He's somebody outside of politics which could be a good thing, but he's too much of a loose cannon.

I wish there was a voting line for do over. I would like the two main parties (Dems & Republicans) to select another candidate. Both are not Presidential material for different reasons.

Maybe they need to put something in the election process about having a do over. It sure seems the Republicans want that anyway.

"do over" thats foolish. People needed to get involved earlier if they wanted something different than what it is now.

Well the democrats rigged their primaries with superdelegates and the DNC working for Hillary and Republican's had too many that Trump came out on top.

So Dems had no say in the race.

This is the latest thing for those of you having problems selecting the candidate. It's a coin called "Indecision 2016". Just flip the coin, and it makes the selection for you.

I have serious reservations about the republican and democrat candidate.

The Liberal media is trying the same BS that they have tried on various candidates in the past, where they intentionally misinterpret what the candidate said to try to fool low information voters (i.e. the Democrats constituency) that the Republican candidate meant something he did not. This time they have also insulted every gun-owning American who is a proud supporter of the 2nd Amendment by insinuating that they are ready to get violent with anyone who disagrees with them, like Bernie's kids.

Trump said "By the way, and if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do, folks. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is, I don't know."

Back in 1994, when Bill Clinton had a Democratic Congress backing him up, they passed the assault weapons ban, because that's what Democrats do when they have power: raise taxes and ban guns. The "Second Amendment people" responded by voting the bums out of office, and giving the Republicans control of Congress. No one got shot.

To say that Trump wants law abiding gun owners to assassinate his opponent is like saying that Hillary wants whats left of her supporters in the LBGTQPIF... community to forcibly sodomize her opponents.

And even if you take away superdelegates, Clinton still won by a decent margin in both regular delegates & actual votes.

As if both sides don't do that.

RE: Does Trump want to lose the election?
For as odd as some of Trump's statements are, Clinton's actions are just appalling. If she gets elected, the most corrupt, criminal, and most divorced from the truth politician in our lifetime, that will be a very sad statement for this country. If Hillary was anyone else, and I mean anyone else, she really would be locked up right now.

How old are we? No mulligans in this real life presidential race. Republicans and Democrats got what they deserved. Vote for Gary if it makes you feel better, doing so will only help Hillary.

Trump might be the worst presidential candidate ever. He says the most outlandish statements to stay in the news. Assassination? President Obama the founder of ISIS? Can someone teach that man how to make a point without sounding like a 7th grader? Much like a 7th grader, I don't think he would listen.....

If Clinton just keeps her mouth shut, she will be our next president.

I'm honestly surprised Johnson hasn't picked up more support than he has per the polls.

If Trump keeps running his mouth, he might receive enough for a debate. He's only a few points off from last time I checked.
