For me, it's a championship. I know it's Hopson's first year here, but the Eagles have the players in place to make this a reality. Success is the championship. Major success is being the highest ranked G5 team and gaining access to one of the big bowls.

With Monk, anything less than a title would have been a disappointment.

With Hop, We've still got an 8-10 win season. Anything less than 8 and I will be disappointed. He is a proven HC Though, so the sky might be the limit. LSU is really the only game that I see as a given loss.....I'd trade a crap usa title for an LSU win though.

I'm cautiously optimistic about the year. I was optimistic about Johnson's first year and I saw what happened. Crazy things happen with coaching changes.

Anything less than 8 wins is unacceptable.

I'm a little concerned about Hop, but if he goes in and beats UK game 1 (or loses a very close game), I'll feel a lot better.

I'm with you. No reason not to run the conference table and go 3-1 OCS.

No more than a 4 loss season (not including the bowl game). Even that would make me cringe but would be acceptable with a new coaching staff.

Great tailgating with friends then watching my team win.

For me to consider 2016 a success I would say hosting AND winning the CUSA championship along with at least 10 wins.

BCS playoff appearance imho....

Nothing less than 10 wins would satisfy me, even with a new Head Ball Coach and staff. I believe we have the players to do it, and to bring home the championship too.

Let's start with Kentucky. I know they're SEC, and all of their fans think it'd be an upset if we went in there and won, but we need to beat them. They aren't good. It will not look good to lose to a 0-8 SEC team.

Beating any SEC team would be an upset. It is what it is.
