Northcoast, you're doing better on the updates than I am. You should be giving them.

It's ok either way. I'm just trying to add some commentary.

Rockets get goal number 4 by Paradiso on a beautiful set piece, after a Wagner foul just outside the box.

Rocket player just got annihilated by a Wagner player both going for the ball when it took a strange hop. Accidental but scary. She looks to be ok.

Rockets get number 5 on another break away from KJ. Really poor D by Wagner on that one.

RE: UT soccer 2016
Nice victory by the Rockets. They were clearly the superior team - dominated possession and today made their scoring opportunities count. Still giving up a few too many counter attacks, but much fewer than Friday. But the only legit chance Wagner had that I saw (missed the 1st half hour) was on their penalty.

I've been impressed at the IQ of the team, as they seem to know where the ball should go, just sometimes have a hard time getting it there. D is still young, but hopefully will grow up quickly. Will be very interesting to see how they show against better competition.

I think they need to get rid of those flip throw-ins. Those never work, and are just chances for someone to get injured, imo.

Also, Echeverri didn't play in either of these first 2 games. Hopefully she will be in the lineup soon and that will add a great player to the mix.

Also, I liked the Wagner video feed a lot. Good clear picture and sound. No annoying commentary from student broadcasters who want to talk more about their bees stings and the Mud Hens (re: Friday's game), and a nice video player that you could rewind/fast-forward in the live feed to have your own instant replay. Don't know why every feed can't be like that ... I'm looking at both Rocketvision and ESPN3 when I say that.

Missed the first few minutes. Louisville scored an early goal and leads 1-0.

RE: UT soccer 2016
A huge step up in competition for the Rockets, and the Cardinals are so much the better team. Rockets D cannot deal with the team speed on Louisville, and the Rockets offense constantly under pressure, again due to the superior speed UL has at every position.

Still, Rockets managed a couple really good scoring opportunities. One closed down on a great save by the UL keeper, and the other shot just sailed wide.

Good experience for the Rockets, but shows they still have a lot of improving to do.
