And War Memorial sure was rockin last night. 4th largest crowd ever, and there were still a lot of folks outside looking for tickets.

Hog fans are the most fired up since 1998, and that was also the last time we were in the Top 10.

Now its time to prove we belong in our next three games.

This season could turn out to be the most memorable of my lifetime. Looking down the schedule, there are some potential epic battles.

Bring home another Western Division crown (or something even bigger). I've been on the Hog bandwagon since that multi-OT game in Knoxville last October. :bluethumb:

Thanks JJ

What I love about this year's HOG team (besides kicking the crap outta Texas) is that the senior leadership is outstanding. They're keeping the team humble...focusing on each game as it comes. This is the kind of leadership we had in 98 that's been missing for the last few years. It makes a big difference.

Even Shawn Andrews, a junior, when asked about the HOGS being ranked 9th...replied that the team didn't care...that they weren't even ranked at the start of the season, so why care now? They just want to win every game they play. GREAT attitude...I love it.

Alabama is gonna be a tough one...they'll be fired up for a game against a team of our ranking, and angry about losing to NIU. This is not an easy one for us, and in some ways will be even tougher than Texas was. If we can pull it out though....man it'll be awesome. I think the next 3 games (Bama, Auburn, and Florida) could give us a real indicator about our season.

But for now...WPS! WPS! WPS! R! HOW BOUT THEM HOGS!
