I would love a yearly game with JMU. It's not going to happen unless we are in the CAA but one can dream.

I agree with this sentiment.

I agree with this sentiment.

I know they don't but I still think it would be great for both fan bases. Would be an instant rivalry.

The smack talk on the JMU board (LU did not get theirs until afterwards) when LU played JMU in the playoffs was very popular. It is a natural rivalry. Many JMU fans have voiced their wish to play LU vs. lesser FCS opponents although LU could be stated it has taken one or two steps backwards this season. There is even an old thread here about the scheduled JMU game in Lynchburg that was "postponed", or canceled so that JMU could play SMU. Lots of interest in that game. I had predicted that JMU/LU game would have broken the LU attendance record with the strong fan support from JMU, and LU at the time riding high after it's first playoff appearance and victory.

OOC scheduling
We need to keep going on the road... to CA, TX, AL, GA, FL, NC, OH, PA, NJ. And of course we need to schedule regular games in KY so I can go after retirement. But for real, need to hit those hot recruiting states.
