A plus for Wes!
Wes has played and coached in motion offenses. He said one thing that prompted him to come back here was to learn even more about it from Chris, who had learned from the best, Bobby Knight.

But even if he's still learning about it, who better than Joe Foley to help him if he needs it. And Joe is the kind of guy who would happily share any information he has with Wes in order to help him succeed.
So that's another reason I believe Wes will be successful. What he doesn't already know about coaching the motion offense, he has one of the best in the country right next door to him. Great situation for a new, young, head coach.04-cheers
