BALTIMORE (WJZ)—Baltimore Circuit Court Judge Barry Williams has rules that Lt. Brian Rice, the fourth Baltimore officer facing charges in connection to the death of 25-year-old Freddie Gray, is not guilty of involuntary manslaughter and reckless endangerment.

All those Millions of Dollars in Riot damage spent as well as a damage to the City's reputation and lives taken during and after the riots with an under powered Police force. Obama's treatment of Ferguson and cases like Baltimore where the police were innocent has created the atmosphere of hate for police by blacks and others. While I agree with the verdict, a verdict is not proof of someone being wrong.

The evidence may point to no wrong doing from the police, but the only people that truly know what happened are those police officers and Freddie Gray. Everyone else is just making educated guesses and forming a conclusion.

Will riots come now and will Obama still support non-peaceful riots? What has DA Mosby got to say now? Will more police be murdered? Thanks Obama for what you have wrought...

Not guilty. There is a difference. Now it was absurd that some of them were tried. The driver, not guilty.

Nobody is guilty! Was there any doubt?

Actually the courts have ruled them not Guilty. There is no such ruling as innocent. There is only not guilty which means the state failed to present such evidence that they are charge guilty.

And the city gave Gray's family 6.4 Million.
