I'd like to hear their side of it

I didn't realize there were sides. I support UAB.

Problem with the fans is that they are too driven by personalities. Too many pro-Clark or anti-Ingram people. All the individuals will be gone one day. Stick to being a UAB fan.

Also do not believe $ was ever turned away. Maybe the board would not allow a facility project, thus there could not be a "capital campaign." But there has always been a scholarship fund or the Blazer Club. Neither of which were booming pre-FRW.

We are on the right path now across the entire athletic dept. Let the haters hate. All pub is good pub.

So are you calling me and everyone else that was told no a liar? Remember you have some heavy hitters that were told no along with peons like me.

That said I do want to move forward and continue to raise money but let's not cover up what went on and let's remain vigilant.

Not only was money turned away there weren't any efforts to generate money.

The BOT wanted to strangle the program to kill it.

Denying facilities projects and not allowing a capital campaign IS turning money away.

I truly hate it when he says there's support there that wasn't before. Of course it is because before, you could designate to football. I know I asked I talked to players personally.

And take it for granted? He'll, I think most of us who are here and played their part to get it reinstated never, NEVER took the program for granted.

I will be glad when Watts leaves and we see what kind of AD Ingram really is.

I could be a prostitute on the side and make a little extra. But I choose to turn that away.

Jimmy Filler wasn't lining up to stroke $1 mil. to the Scholarship Fund. All pledges were tied to contingencies is all I'm saying.
