Indefinitely....The Jacktown news just reported that the Ole Miss admin has indefinitely suspended the quest to find a new mascot. Seems they didn't like the three finalists' ideas....a guy that looked like Mr Clean, a guy on a motorcycle, and a bearded athlete. Gee, wonder why?

That Pamela Tims mentioned in the article is the wife of an old classmate of mine, Otis Tims, who is a lawyer in Tupelo.
