Credit to the DFW Owls community. I used to be DFW based and am still on the mailing lists. They are active and seem to be way more proactive in organizing things like this than we are in Houston.

E$PN3 is an internet network. I guess the venue can transition the broadcast to a big screen ?

Steven has worked the technical details on this with the venue to ensure wifi support. There will be two different rooms to choose from, depending on size of the turnout, and screens in both rooms will be capable of displaying the video stream from ESPN3.
